We offer a number of services including house & office clearance, rubbish collection, garden rubbish and shed clearance as well as house cleaning.

Do you remove hazardous waste?
Unfortunately we are not insured to carry or dispose hazardous waste. If you require removal of hazardous waste contact your local council or give us a call and we can offer you free, friendly advice.
What if I have a peculiar item that I need removing like a canoe or a children's climbing frame?
Simply give us a call and we will let you know how much it will cost to take it away.
Do you sell any of the items you clear?
No never. We dispose all items at recycle or waste transfer stations and can supply you with a waste transfer note.
Do you give items to charities?
Only when asked. We never give items to charities unless you would like us to donate them on your behalf. We always dispose your items at recycling or waste transfer stations respecting your privacy and confidentiality.
Other house clearance companies claim to clear properties for free or even pay to clear houses - how come you charge?
We charge for the labour of our staff, sorting of your items, cleaning and sweeping of your house and disposal costs to our tip partner. Other house clearance companies only clear out houses with a number of expensive items or antique items that they will sell to pay for their over heads - don't be fooled by their dishonest marketing.
Do you buy any items of value?
We do not buy any items from our customers. However, if you are feeling generous we have a number of charities we work with and can donate valuable items to them on your behalf.
